The iBuilding investment strategy is a model developed by Gary Brandeis of f|b Capital Partners.  In conjunction with f|b Real Estate Fund, LP, the iBuilding platform is being implemented and deployed on office properties acquired by the Fund as a catalyst to create significant property level value.    The f|b real estate team is uniquely qualified to execute the Fund's strategy on both traditional real estate fundamentals as well as the technology strategy's value add component.
